Stop Making Such a Big Deal Out Of The Richard Sherman Thing, It Was Hilarious
After Sunday, we know who will be going to the Super Bowl in New Jersey. The Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks win their games and advance, but all you’re hearing about is Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman’s post game antics.
While he was quiet most of the night, Richard Sherman made one huge play at the end of the game to break up the potential game winning touchdown for San Francisco. Sherman did a good job of taking Michael Crabtree out of the game, holding him to just 4 receptions and 52 yards.
Overall it wasn’t a great game for San Francisco receivers, with their leading receiver Anquan Boldin only catching 5 passes for 53 yards and one TD (see the box score).
As usual there was a lot of trash talk going on between players, particularly Richard Sherman and Michael Crabtree. It all came to a head at the end of the game when Sherman told Crabtree “Good game and good try, but I’m the best corner in the game.” That lead to the epic and hilarious post game interview with Erin Andrews.
Some people didn’t like it, and played the “I’m not racist, but…” card.
For me, I thought it was hilarious. It almost makes me want to cheer for Seattle because I want another hilarious post game interview.
Michael Crabtree responded after the game, only making me want next season to start so I can see these two kill each other.

I agree, Im sick of them media making a huge deal about nothing. Trash talk goes on all season long in the Nfl and its the interviewers and fox’s fault for interviewing him after he was getting heated with crabtree?? what do you expect? the media is a joke . Hes very competive , so what media!?!
